Honors Academy was granted a charter by the Texas Education Agency in 1999. Honors has six campuses (see Locations) located throughout the north/central region. All of Honors campuses are open-enrollment, public schools. There are no fees or tuition required at any campus.
Honors Academy is led by John Dodd, President and Chief Executive Officer, and James Bivins, Superintendent of Education. The Honors Board of Trustees is comprised of accomplished community leaders whose goal is to provide the best leadership and direction for education excellence.
